### a) Lock Warranty
- Covers cases where an account or product becomes locked or restricted without any misuse from you.
- Only valid if mentioned on the product page or invoice.
- Duration (if any) will be stated at purchase.
- Warranty becomes void if you change email, password, or security info, or if the product is shared, resold, or misused. Discord actions caused by your activity also void this warranty.
### b) Replacements
- Available only within the warranty period (if stated).
- You must provide clear proof, such as screenshots or a video.
- Replacements are one-time only unless otherwise noted.
### c) Pullback Protection
- Applies only if explicitly offered for a product.
- "Pullback" means the original owner or source reclaims access.
- Warranty ends immediately if you change login details, resell, or share the product.
Step Store is not responsible for pullbacks resulting from your own actions or third-party issues.

## 7. Prohibited Use & Important Warning About Third-Party Tools

### Step Store's Official Tools Only
We only guarantee proper functionality and safety when you use our own official tools and software purchased directly from us.
If you use any external bot, script, or service not provided by Step Store, we are not liable for:
- Account locks, bans, or limitations
- Product failure or loss of access
- Any warranty being voided (lock, replacement, or pullback)
Using a non-Step-Store tool automatically voids all warranties connected to your purchase.
Violations may result in a permanent ban from our services with no refund.
